Chamanas Café is the latest creation from celebrated chef Daniel Krohmer and his talented team, many of whom proudly bring their Mexican heritage to every plate. Inspired by his travels to Oaxaca, Mexico—a city known for its rich traditions, colorful markets, and sense of community—Daniel envisioned a café that reflects Oaxaca's vibrant spirit here in Las Vegas. Just as his experiences in Japan inspired the concept behind Other Mama, Oaxaca’s warmth and lively food culture sparked the idea for Chamanas.
